Akeso has worked with East of England primary care for many years. As a Community Interest Company we wish to provide continuing support to the East of England primary care workforce and have put together the following three offers:

  1. Free bitesize coaching skills sessions delivered by zoom; these practical 90-minute sessions are for anyone working in Primary Care across the East of England.

  2. Up to four 1:1 coaching sessions for GPs - free of charge

  3. A free Imposter Syndrome course aimed at clinicians working in the East of England

90-minute online coaching skills sessions for anyone working in Primary Care (East of England)

Develop skills all can use, sessions include:

  • Getting Started: set expectations and simple agreements

  • Work Smarter: agile coaching techniques

  • Imposter Syndrome: recognise and manage self-doubt

  • Procrastination & Time Pressure: start, stay on track, make progress

  • Sustainable Balance: manage priorities, reduce overwhelm, protect wellbeing

  • Giving Feedback: constructive approaches

1:1 GP Coaching

Confidential, clinician-led coaching to help you reflect, recharge and plan your next steps.

Link with one of our experienced coaches who offer a safe, supportive environment to explore professional and personal challenges without judgement.

We will prioritise GPs who are within their first five years after qualification.

Imposter Syndrome Course

The programme will consist of:

1.     Two group face-to-face sessions with Hannah Miller, exploring the imposter syndrome in detail and offering practical tips to overcome it

2.     Two 1:1 virtual coaching sessions with a trained coach to review material from the sessions and explore how it applies to their personal circumstances.

3. 1.     A final group virtual session with Hannah Miller to reflect and review.
